I have recently moved back to my childhood roots in the West Country with my wonderful husband and gorgeous son and daughter.
I am happily married to Nick and I am treasuring every moment of family life and my children's development.
Cornwall is a beautiful place and we have easy access to a range of beaches and stunning countryside.
I am working on my own great goals, health, career and personal development.

I studied Life Coaching for six months intensively with a company called New Insights who are a member of The International Coaching Federation. To reach my certification and accreditation, I passed seven intermediary tests, completed 15 practice sessions with clients and I achieved a high distinction in my final exam. I also attended an intensive training weekend course in Brighton "Life Coach Master Class".
Reiki
My husband and I became certified Reiki Practitioners in mid-January 2008 and Reiki Masters in October 2009.
Future
We all have a life purpose and mine is to motivate, inspire and help other people to bring stability and a good quality of life and to heal.
I am working towards my BACP (BA Hons) Degree in Counselling.
My biggest goal is to set a voluntary help group in Cornwall, for SPD (Symphis Pubis Dysfunction) sufferers. This is a subject close to my heart as I was crippled and unable to walk for twenty weeks of my pregnancy. At this time I thought, and I was also told, that I may end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. I recovered fully after 12 weeks, including the c-section scar. I have since recovered from a second bout of SPD with my second child and am on the mend with this also.
At the time when i felt like I was going through hell, I had no professional support from anyone. My midwife didn't understand it fully, friends and family had no idea what I was going through physically and emotionally, but my husband and close family were an amazing support.
I am a member of PINS (pelvic instability network Scotland) support group and regularly offer emails of support to other members who are suffering. I am also offering a counselling service to PINS members and their families. If this is something you would be interested in please contact me through your membership of PINS google groups.
